  YOU CAN TELL A LOT ABOUT A BUSINESS BASED ON HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE OTHER THAN THEIR CLIENTS. IM SELLING MY HOUSE SOON AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. My name is Corinna I live in Apple Valley California. There is a poke gym/stop at the corner of Dale Evans Parkway and Outer HWY 18. For weeks now when there is a raid the owner of Agio Real Estate Inc comes out threatening us with the police. This owner/worker is verbally abusive. This business sites off to the side of the Pokémon gym/stop. This is a public city own sidewalk and public street where we park that all the teams hang out for the raids. This owner/worker wants us to park in the back which most of us do but we do get some new comers. He also complains we are too loud because of the excitement and his workers can’t do their jobs. Over and over he continues to harass us and now taking pictures of the cars parked on city streets. I’m in fear of my team and other players that someone is going to get hurt or worse. Gotta Catch Em All.

  On 06/09/2017 I had a horrible experience with your agent Zach. He contacted me via phone because I was interested in purchasing the property on South Rd. He told me at that time that my agent had already reached out to him and he verbally assured me that he was going to accept my offer. He even went on to say I'm just waiting for your agent to finalize everything. I was so excited and I thanked him. I also shared the wonderful news with my family. Well abòut 8 hours later I learned from my agent that Zach accepted another offer instead of mines. I as well as my family was completely heartbroken. I called Zach the following morning to find out what went wrong and why. This agent LIED again and said he never assured me anything then he went on to say "We went with the best offer that was $2000 more than your offer. This was a very terrible thing to do to a family. I will never recommend anyone to your establishment. There should be laws against dishonesty just to get a sale in the real estate business.
